The Southeast Rail Simulations goal and mission is to be a realistic and prototypical 24/7 Run 8 based server operating the Waycross and A-Line routes. We do not cater to every user, but those who enjoy the operation of a serious simulation of the actual CSX Jacksonville Subdivision around the time period of 2005/2006. We chose this time period because there is extensive data available on operations during that time period, and because the design of the Hyrail Simulation Route suits this era well. While we strive to accurately depict the trains seen during that time, we have and do make use of limited creative license on this server.
We are open to all who would like to join our group. The only required step is to register and become a member of this forum group.
It is important that you as a user are familiar with the Single Player use of the Run 8 simulation prior to joining us. If you need help or guidance our user base will be glad to assist you both on the boards and online in the sim.
